The Suzuki violin method is a process of teaching how to play the violin where the students need to follow several books containing songs of educational significance. This process of learning violin is imparted to children from a very early age when they start learning the first pieces mainly by means of imitation and not by reading. However, other methods like reading, theory, and analytical listening will be introduced afterward depending on the age of the student as well as his progress. Conventional violin instructors emphasize on the “musical” aspects of playing and are not concerned regarding the position, form, plus movement. The Suzuki violin teaching process requires technical expertise.

The Suzuki method helps kids understand music in a more natural way. This builds up a natural musical instinct compared to conventional learning. By training their natural inclination to the instrument, it helps to build their confidence in playing the violin as they mature as a violinist. This method of learning is also easier and less rigid. Suzuki Violin Lessons Review

There are not many Suzuki violin teachers in Singapore. Glad I found one through Condo Coaches!

Joy Tan, Cradels

My son lost interest learning violin when he attended music school. We decided to try using the Suzuki method and got a teacher. He is now enjoying lessons better.

May Chong, The Minton

Best systematic way to learn the violin. Thank you!

Sihong Ku, Mimosa Park

My daughter is excited to attend violin lessons. We noticed she is also more attuned to musical notes after learning through the Suzuki framework.

Ng Wee Kiat, The Atria

We got a Suzuki violin teacher to teach our 2 kids at our place. They are making good progress although we are thinking of making them take the ABRSM graded route while learning using the Suzuki method.
